摘要
建立了带冗余支承的五自由度磁悬浮轴承转子系统的仿真模型,采用ADAMS和Matlab软件对不完全微分PID控制的磁悬浮系统进行联合仿真,分析了启动冗余支承对系统动态性能的影响。在此基础上,设计制作了基于TMS320F28335DSP的数字控制器硬件电路,编写了不完全微分PID控制程序并在试验台上进行验证。
Simulation model of the five degrees of freedom system with redundant active magnetic bearing(AMB) was established.The co-simulation of the system under incomplete differential PID control strategy was accomplished by ADAMS and Matlab software.Influence of starting redundant bearing on dynamic characteristics of AMB system was investigated.On this basis,digital controller adopting TMS320F28335 DSP and incomplete differential PID control strategy was developed and actual operation of the system was also carried out.
