室内快速预测疲劳寿命的系统设计与研究

摘要 基于LabVIEW平台搭建了一个室内快速动态计算疲劳寿命的系统,加载过程中采用实时控制,提高了试验的稳定性和试验结果的准确性;疲劳计算采用了动态累计的计算方法,使计算结果更加准确。从系统方案的确定、硬件的选取及LabVIEW的程序编写3个方面出发进行了介绍。 This article was based on the LabVIEW software platform to build an indoor the system of rapidly counting the fatigue life.It improved test stability and accuracy of test results through the loading process using real-time control.The dynamic accumulative method was used for cumulative fatigue calculation,so it made the calculation result to more accurate.It was to determine the scheme of this system,to select the hardware and to compose the program of LabVIEW software.There were these three aspects about the system in this article.
