数控车削三维仿真插补算法

摘要 分析了数控加工插补的原理,设计了数控车削三维仿真系统;根据直线插补的原理,在仿真系统的直线插补中引入直线夹角的正切值,构造了直线插补算法;引入增量角驱动圆弧插补,圆弧起始角、终止角作为作为插补边界条件,构造了圆弧插补算法;利用C++语言,在visual C++平台中,借助OpenGL图形库实现了插补算法,经实例验证,插补算法效率高、插补准确。 The interpolation principle is analyzed in NC machining. The NC turning 3D simulation system is designed. Ac- cording to the principle of linear interpolation, line angle tangent is to draw into in simulation system of linear interpolation, and the linear interpolation algorithm is constructed. It drive circular interpolation which to draw into incremental angle, simultaneously, arc starting angle and temaination angle are interpolation boundary conditions. Finally, circular interpolation algorithm is constructed. The program is written with C + + language in visual C + + platform, using the OpenGL graphics library, the interpolation algorithm is realized. The interpolation algorithm is high efficiency and accuracy through verifing in examples.
