摘要
以二乙胺、三聚氯氰、哌嗪为单体,通过收敛法合成了两种系列的端氯基和端胺基树突,以及3代的内核为哌嗪、端基分别含8个和16个乙基的三嗪树枝状大分子,对产物进行了红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)、质谱(MS)表征。该方法所需原料价廉易得,反应条件温和,无需繁杂的官能团保护与脱保护,无需色谱法分离,无副产物,收率90%以上,且得到的树枝状化合物在常见溶剂中具有良好的溶解性。这些特点使其在许多领域具有潜在的重要应用价值。
Two series of triazine-based dendrons with chloride and amine end groups,and three-generation dendrimer containing piperazine core and 8,16 peripheral ethyl groups were efficiently prepared,using diethylamine,cyanuric chloride and piperazine as starting materials.No protection/deprotection or chromatographic separation processes are needed during the convergent synthesis.Synthetic intermediates and products have been fully characterized by infrared spectrum(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR,13C-NMR) and mass spectrometry(MS).The new method features readily monomers availability,mild reaction conditions,excellent yield as well as easy workup.The dendrimers have good solubility in organic solution and good thermal properties,which make them great potential applications in many areas.
