Superfine Structure of PPTA Fibers Based on Ultrasound Wave Effects

摘要 用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对超声波处理的对位芳纶纤维的结晶结构和形态结构进行研究,以揭示对位芳纶纤维的超微结构特点。研究表明,对位芳纶纤维具有皮芯层结构和多重原纤结构特征,纤维表层大量原纤沿纤维轴向高度取向,直径约600 nm;纤维内部圆柱状的微原纤平行于纤维轴,直径为30 nm,且微原纤间存在缝隙和孔洞;在与纤维轴向垂直的方向和纤维表面分别存在缚结带及扭结带结构。缚结带的长度不一,较长的为3μm,较短的为100nm,宽度在30 nm^100 nm之间,间距约为100 nm^500 nm;扭结带的出现使纤维轴向方向发生改变,改变的角度α、β分别为40°、25°。 Poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide)(PPTA)fibers were treated by ultrasound wave.The crystalline and morphology structure of the fibers were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)to reveal PPTA ultrafine structure characteristic.Results show that PPTA fibers have skin-core and multiple fibrillar structure.Large fibrils with a diameter of 600 nm exist on fibers′ surface which highly orienting along fiber axis′ direction.In the inner region,cylindrical microfibrils of diameter 30nm parallels to fiber axis with interstices and voids existing between them.Tie bundles vertical to fiber′s axis and kink bandings on fiber′s surface are found.The tie bundles length is 100 nm3 μm,and its width is 30 nm100 nm,while the distance is 100 nm500 nm.Kink banding changes the fiber axis direction of the fibers,and the changed angle α and β is 40°,25° respectively.
