摘要 采用线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和马来酸酐接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(MLLDPE)增韧回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(r-PET),并分别比较了LLDPE与r-PET、MLLDPE与r-PET的相容性及其对复合材料的增韧效果;利用均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)对r-PET进行扩链,探讨其用量对r-PET复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,MLLDPE相的表面张力小,在体系中分散均匀且粒径小,当质量分数为30%时,MLLDPE仍与r-PET有较好的相容性,此时r-PET/MLLDPE复合材料的缺口冲击强度为37.8 kJ/m2,比r-PET/LLDPE复合材料的缺口冲击强度高出5.6倍;PMDA能较大幅度提高PET的特性黏度,其最佳用量为0.4%。 Linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) and LLDPE-grafted-maleic(MLLDPE) were used to toughen recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET).The toughening effect and compatibility with r-PET were compared between LLDPE and MLLDPE.Pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) was used as the chain extender and its influence on the mechanical properties of composites was studied.The results show that MLLDPE phase has the small surface tension and uniformly disperses in the composite.When the mass content of MLLDPE is 30%,MLLDPE still has better compatibility with PET and the notched impact strength of r-PET/MLLDPE is 37.8 kJ/m2 which is 5.6 times that of r-PET/LLDPE composite with the same usage of toughening agent.PMDA can improve the intrinsic viscosity of r-PET obviously and the optimal dosage of PMDA is 0.4%.
