改性聚硫氨酯密封材料的制备及性能 被引量:4

Preparation and Properties of Restructured Polysulfur-Urethane Sealants

摘要 制备了兼具聚氨酯、聚硫橡胶结构特征和性能优势的新型绿色高性能高分子密封材料——改性聚硫氨酯,并考察了其制备机理、流平性、弹性恢复率、拉伸模量、浸水和浸油后定伸粘接性、冷拉—热压后粘接性、质量损失率、抗燃性及耐老化性能。结果表明,聚硫氨酯强度高,变形、弹性恢复和耐老化性优良,模量和质量损失低,定伸60%、100%、150%、200%下弹性恢复率达97%、98%、90%、88%,23℃和-20℃拉伸60%、100%的拉伸模量达0.06 MPa、0.09 MPa和0.08 MPa、0.13 MPa,标准、浸水、浸油条件下定伸60%、100%、150%、200%其定伸粘接、拉伸幅度±20%、±25%、±35%、±50%下热压冷拉均无破坏,质量损失仅1.0%,可有效提高防水和密封效果。 Preparation mechanism,leveling,elastic recovery,tensile modulus,tensile properties at maintained extension after water or oil immension,adhesion properties at variable temperatures,mass change,burn resistance and aging-resistant of a new green high performance polymer sealant restructured polysulfur-urethane sealants with both structure characters and properties advantages of polyurethane and polysulfur sealants were studied.The results show that polysulfur-urethane sealants have high strength,better distortion,elastic recovery and aging-resistant,low modulus and mass change,elastic recovery at 60%,100%,150%,200% extension is 97%,98%,90%,88% respectively,tensile modulus at 60%,100% is 0.06 MPa,0.09 MPa under 23 ℃ and 0.08 MPa,0.13 MPa under-20 ℃ respectively,tensile properties at 60%,100%,150%,200% extension at normal,water or oil immension condition and adhesion properties at variable temperatures under tensile and compression ±20%,±25%,±35%,±50% all are in good condition,mass change is just 1.0%,which can improve waterproof and sealing effect.
