摘要
将乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)和乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸铕共聚物(VAA-Eu)的共混物(EVA/VAA-Eu)制成掺杂铕交联型透明光转换膜材料。紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱分析,表明此材料能将紫外线转换成蓝紫光和红光,作为农膜,可促进绿色植物的光合作用,提高阳光的利用效率。以硫化仪研究EVA/VAA-Eu的交联行为和动力学,交联反应的表观活化能为114 kJ/mol^121 kJ/mol,频率因子为2.64×1011~2.16×1012。在最适宜的448 K和1.0份过氧化二异丙苯,制备厚度为20μm^50μm薄膜的等效交联时间为2 s^3 s,并研究了此交联膜材料的力学性能。
A crosslinked transparent doped europium light conversion film material was prepared from the blend(EVA/VAA-Eu) of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) and vinyl acetate-europium acrylate copolymer(VAA-Eu).The crosslinked EVA/VAA-Eu material,which has been characterized by UV-vis and fluorescence spectrometry,has abilities for converting ultraviolet rays into blue-violet and red light.The film was used as a agricultural film that could promote green plant photosynthesis and its utilization efficiency to the sun light.Crosslinking behavior and kinetics of EVA/VAA-Eu were investigated by using a rheometer.Results show that crosslinking apparent activation energy is by 114 kJ/mol121 kJ/mol and frequency factor is by 2.64×10112.16×1012.On the crosslinking condition that dicumyl peroxide by 1.0 phr and at the optimum crosslinking temperature of 448 K,it takes 2 s3 s of equivalent crosslinking time to prepare a crosslinked EVA/VAA-Eu film with thickness of 20 μm50 μm.Mechanical properties of the crosslinked EVA/VAA-Eu were also investigated.
