聚磺酸甜菜碱与表面活性剂在水溶液中复合与相分离

摘要 通过浊点法研究了表面活性剂的结构与浓度对聚N、N-二甲基-N-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-N-丁基磺酸铵(PDMABS)水溶液相分离温度的影响。选用的表面活性剂包括阴离子、阳离子和非离子型表面活性剂,以及大分子的聚丙烯酸、聚对乙烯基苯磺酸钠、聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基苄基氯化铵。结果显示,各种表面活性剂对PDMABS有不同程度的增溶作用。由于离子间的相互作用,小分子的离子型表面活性剂对PDMABS的增溶效果比非离子型表面活性剂要好,阳离子聚电解质的增溶效果比阴离子聚电解质好。 Poly(N,N-dimethyl-N-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl ammonium butane sulfonate)(PDMABS) was prepared from the radical copolymerization of DMABS.The effect of the various types and concentration of the surfactant to the phase separation temperature(TPT) of PDMABS was studied.The surfactants included cationic,anionic and non-ionic surfactants and poly(acrylic acid),poly(p-styrenic sulfonate sodium) and poly(methacryloyloxyethyl)-dimethyl-benzyl-ammonium chloride.The results show that the surfactants increase the solubility of PDMABS with different extent.Due to the interaction between the ionic groups,the ionic surfactants have the better effect on improving solubility of PDMABS than the non-ionic ones,and the cationic polyelectrolytes have better effect on improving solubility of PDMABS than the anionic ones.
