摘要
通过研究二元自由基共聚单体选择的Q、e判据及单体竞聚率r存在0和1两个临界值的特点,依据二元单体竞聚率r1、r2与数值0、1之间的关系,把共聚行为类型分为交替共聚、嵌段共聚、理想共聚和非理想共聚等。在二元共聚物瞬时组成F1与单体组成f1的共聚曲线的变化率临界点处投料制备均一共聚物基础上,根据共聚行为分类,针对不同的共聚,讨论了不同共聚行为类型的教学特点,分析了制备均一共聚物的活泼单体补加、控制转化率等方法。
By study of Q,e selective criterion of binary radical copolymerization monomers and two critical values of 0 and 1 of monomer reactivity ratios,according to the relationship between 0,1 and r1r2,two-component free-radical copolymerizations were divided into alternating copolymerization,block copolymerization,ideal and non-ideal copolymerization and so on.Based on the preparation of uniform copolymer which is to feed at the rate of the critical point in F1 and f1 of the copolymer monomers instantaneous copolymer composition change curve,according to copolymerization behavior classification,different types of teaching characteristics of different copolymer were discussed while the preparation methods of the same composition of replenishing the fraction of the more reactive monomer or controlling producting rate were analysed.
