口服地塞米松预防口腔牙髓治疗疼痛的临床研究

Evaluation of single oral dose of dexamethasone on postendodontic pain

目的评价术前一次性口服地塞米松预防口腔牙髓治疗疼痛的用法和疗效。方法 50例患者随机分为地塞米松(4mg)用药组与安慰剂组,治疗前1h给药。治疗结束后第4、12、24和48h分别测量患者疼痛感受。结果治疗后第4和12h地塞米松组患者显示术后疼痛明显减轻(P<0.05),第24和48h与安慰剂组比较无统计学意义。安慰剂组术后使用止痛药更多。结论术前一次性口服地塞米松能有效预防牙髓治疗疼痛。

Objective The study aimed to evaluate the effect of preoperative single oral dose of dexamethasone for the prevention and control of postendodontic pain.Methods 50 patients were divided into 2 groups,taking placebo and dexamethasone（4mg） respectively 1 hour before the endodontic treatment.Postoperative pain was assessed after 4,12,24,48 hours.Results Dexamethsone group showed significant reduction in postendodontic pain at 4 and 12 hours（P0.05） compared with placebo group,while no difference was observed at 24 and 48 hours.The placebo group took higher rescue medication as well.Conclusion Preoperative single oral dose of dexamethasone could reduce postendodontic pain effectively.
