摘要
目的研制一种廉价,高效的全自动生化分析仪清洁剂国产试剂,在保证质量的前提下,降低试剂成本。方法利用析因设计、研究表面活性剂与其他成分间协同及拮抗作用,运用最佳浓度组成复合配方对使用过的管道管壁进行清洗,然后对清洗后的仪器做相关分析及日常应用。结果经过严格的比对实验,稳定性实验等,发现医疗仪器处理前后对比分析中,各项统计学指标差异均无统计学意义。结论新型清洗剂廉价、清洗效果佳,准确性好。适合做全自动生化分析仪管道的清洗,具有广泛推广应用价值。
Objective To develop a cheap and effective detergent for analyzer made in Germen,The washing liquid can guarantee the quality of the test and can manufacturd in lower cost.Methods We have investigated co-operation effect of different surfactants with factorial experiment.At same time,we seleted optimal concentration of the solution by the orthogonal design and comparison were made between new and cleared Cabas121 analyzer liquid line.Results Through the test of accuracy,stability,There was no significant difference between the determination.Conclusion The clinical application showed that this new kind of detergent is very good of accuracy and cheap,and is particularly fit in cleaning the liquid line of the Cabas121 analyzer.
