摘要
建筑涂料作为人们生活中的重要部分正蓬勃发展,其发展往往推动土遗址的加固保护。近年新型建筑涂料———硅丙乳液,以其优良耐候性、耐水性和保光透气等,得到大力发展和完善。本文从物质特性和加固机理两方面论证了硅丙乳液用于土遗址加固保护的可行性,工程试验同样验证了加固效果良好,为了进一步提高渗透深度,完善加固效果,提出用新的硅烷乳液作添加剂,以提高硅烷含量为基础的土遗址加固保护用硅丙乳液新配方。
As an important part of our lives,building coatings develop rapidly,and its development give an impetus to the earthen sites protection and consolidation.In recent years,silicone-acrylic emulsion as a new building coating has got great development for its weather resistance,water resistance,gloss retention and air permeability.The feasibility of silicone-acrylic emulsion used as consolidation materials is demonstrated from the physical property and consolidation mechanism,and its good consolidation effectiveness is also tested from the engineering experiment.In order to improve infiltration depth and consolidation effectiveness,the new silicone-acrylic emulsion formula is put forward,which the silicane emulsion is used as an additive,and the silicane content is increased.
