摘要
目的:实现军队大型医疗设备应用质量检测评审的数字化和智能化。方法:利用计算机及网络技术改进检测评审的数据流程和处理方式,基于Delphi开发与之配套使用的应用软件。结果:用DICOM图像和电子记录取代了纸质的信息载体;用数据的网络传输取代了资料的人工传递;用计算机自动处理检测数据取代了人工计算;用计算机自动出具评审报告取代了人工操作。结论:数字化流程和智能化处理提高了军队大型医疗设备应用质量检测评审的效率和信息化水平。
Objective To realize digital and intelligentized quality test and assessment of military Large medical equipment. Methods We improved the data flow and processing mode of quality test and assessment by using computer and Web technology. Then we developed a software for the flow and mode by using Delphi programming tools. Results Information carrier made in paper was replaced by Dicom image and digital document; Manual work was replaced by network of data transfers; Manual calculation was replaced by computer automatic processing of measurement data; Manual operation was replaced by automatic generation of relevant documentation. Conclusion Digital data stream and intelligent operation improves the efficiency and informationization of quality test and assessment of military large-scale medical equipment.
