摘要
目的:探讨新型可控野战输液装置流速影响因素,改进轴心杆的核心部件,方便该装置输液速度的判断和控制。方法:分析影响流速的因素,测定液体流速、袋内压强、弹簧压缩尺度等数据,用统计软件对数据进行分析,找出流速与压强、压强与卡槽位置及弹簧压缩尺度的关系,并以此为依据对轴心杆进行改进。通过流速界值的设定和5个回归方程,把轴心杆的标尺改进成5条色带的标尺后,使救护人员只要根据卡槽的位置和标尺色带即可粗略判断并控制输注流速。结果:影响因素相同时,液体流速与袋内压强成线性正相关;控制横杆处于同一卡槽位置时,弹簧压缩尺度与压强成线性相关;控制横杆处于不同卡槽位置时,压强与弹簧压缩度的直线回归方程斜率和截距不同。结论:通过对该装置流速影响因素的测定以及以此为依据的轴心杆标尺的改进,使救援人员能更方便、有效地在野战火线后送伤员过程中使用。
Objective To discuss the influencing factors of flow rate of controlable battlefield infusion device and improve the key component of the corepole for convenient judgment and control. Mothods After identifying the factors influencing infusion flow rate, we accurately recorded in the clinical application the rates, the IV bag pressures and the compression spring scales. These data are then processed with statistical soft wares to reveal the correlations between the rates and pressures, among pressures, compression spring scales and slider's positions. Results The findings showed a positive correlation between the rates and pressures when other factors remained unchanged, and a correlation between the scales and the pressures when the slider-bar remained in the same position, and changed slopes and intercepts of the linear regression equations when the bar was in different positions. Conclusion With defined cut-off values and five regression equations, we transform the scales of the corepole into five-colored ones, making this device more user-friendly for the emergency treatment of battle injuries.
