摘要
目的:摸索血浆溶液的冷冻干燥工艺。方法:对血浆溶液进行冷冻干燥实验,分析冻干曲线及冻干产品质量,优化冻干工艺。结果:得到颜色均匀,无起沸、凹陷现象,有一定机械强度的符合冻干要求的血浆制品。结论:冷冻干燥是生物制品保存的主要方式,在进行实验时既要保证冻干顺利进行,还要保持生物活性和考虑能耗问题。
Objective To explore a lyophilization process of plasma solution. Methods The plasma solution freeze-drying experiments was made and freeze-dried curve and freeze-dried products quality were analyzed to optimize the lyophilization process. Results The required plasma products which comply with freeze-dried standard were made. Conclusion Freezing drying is the main way to preserve biological products. The experiment should not only ensure the plasma solution freeze-dried well, but also keep the biological activity and consider the issue of energy consumption.
