军队药品不良反应监测管理系统在我院的应用

Application of Millitary Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting System in Our Hospital

目的:为了更好、更准确地记录和管理ADR信息。方法:通过军队药品不良反应监测管理系统与HIS的数据交换,实现ADR数据的连续自动采集、网络实时传输,给出分析评价和监测预警。结果:ADR系统已完全覆盖了以前的手工流程。结论:通过应用军队药品不良反应监测管理系统,加强了某院药品不良反应监测和管理工作,提高了监测工作效率和质量。

Objective To record and manage ADR information better and more exactly. Methods Through data exchange among the Millitary Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting System and HIS, we realize the ADR data′s automatic and continuous collection, intranet realtime transmission, and automatic warning as well as analyzing appraisement. Results Millitary Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting System took the place of all handwork processes. Conclusion The efficiency and the quality of adverse drug reaction reporting are improved significantly.
