摘要 分析了评估人体运动量及运动能量消耗的主要运动监测方法,论述了各种运动监测方法的优势和缺点,提出了运动量监测在健康管理中的应用价值,对健康管理中健康监测技术的研究有一定借鉴作用。 This article analyzes the principal movement monitoring methods of assessing human physical activity as well as movement energy consumption, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of movement monitoring, puts forward the application value of movement monitoring in health management. Methods discussed in this article contributes to the study of health monitoring technology.
