摘要
普通外科手术中,外科医生主要依赖触觉反馈来操控手术器械和判断组织性质,但微创手术很难实现触觉反馈。本文综述了国内外对手术剪刀、手术刀和微创手术器械触觉力的研究现状,从实验装置、传感器位置和测量原理等方面分析了触觉力测量和反馈中的关键技术。随着集成/嵌入式传感器、模块化设计、微机电系统等技术的广泛应用,触觉力测量的研究也将为无创手术器械的力学性能检测提供新的思路。
In the conventional surgery, surgeons mainly depend on haptic feedback to manipulate surgery instruments, palpate and characterize the tissues. However in the minimally invasive surgery, the haptic feedback is not realized. This paper reviews the state of the art in haptic force measurement technologies of surgery scissors, scalpel-blade and minimally invasive surgery instruments. The key technologies in haptic force measurement and feedback are analyzed in several aspects, including measuring device, force sensor location and testing methods. With the wide applications of integrated /embedded sensors, modular design, micromachining systems in force measurement, this reviews will also provide new measuring means of mechanical property of special atraumatic surgery instruments.
