增长是企业生存与发展的关键,而增长是否有效直接反映了企业资产结构质量优劣。文章在诸多学者相关研究成果的基础上,重新定义资产结构质量及质量特征体系,着重研究"结构"与"动态",以此为依据构建资产结构质量的评价指标体系。

Growth is the key to survival and development of enterprise,and whether the growth is effective directly reflects the quality of corporate asset structure.Based on related academic research results,the article re-defined the quality of the asset structure and quality characteristic system,and mainly studies ＂structure＂ and ＂dynamic＂ to build the evaluation index system of the asset structure quality.
