摘要
为探讨大扩展比条件下连续挤压的成形过程,基于TLJ630型宽铜母线连续挤压机,运用解析法对其二次扩展腔结构的挤压力进行计算,探讨了扩展比与挤压力的关系,通过与TLJ400型连续挤压机的扩展能力的比较,对挤压机生产的产品规格进行界定,并进行了数值模拟验证与实验验证,对宽铜母线生产提供了一定的理论依据。
In order to investigate the continuous extrusion forming process under large expansion ratio based on TLJ630 continuous extrusion machine for wide copper bus-bar,the extrusion force of the structure of second expansion chamber was calculated by analytical method and the relationship between expansion ratio and extrusion force was discussed.Comparing the expansion capability of TLJ630 with that of TLJ400,product specifications produced on TLJ630 extrusion machine were defined and validated by numerical simulation and experiment.The results provide a theoretical basis for the production of copper bus-bar billet.
