摘要 设计了新型高温钛合金BTi-62421S舵面模拟件超塑成形模具,结合超塑成形与几种典型焊接技术,研究了激光焊、滚焊等焊接方法对超塑成形的影响,最终研制出钛合金舵面模拟件超塑成形零件。结果表明采用激光焊与滚焊工艺都能很好地保证两层钛合金板气密性要求,激光焊接工艺效率更高、表面质量更好,选择适当的激光焊接工艺参数可获得焊接质量良好的超塑成形件的焊缝。 Superplastic forming die used for BTi -62421S titanium alloy rudder exemplar was designed. Combined superplastic forming with some typical welding methods, the influence of welding methods including laser welding and seam welding on the effect of superplastic forming was researched. Based on these researches, a rudder exemplar was superplastic formed successfully. The results show laser welding and seam welding also can guarantee the gas tight request for superplastic forming. The worked efficiency and surface quality by using laser welding method are better than those of seam welding. The quality of good welded seam can be obtained through choosing optimum laser welding parameters.
