大规格TA13钛合金铸锭Cu偏析控制 被引量:11

摘要 选用优质海绵钛为原料,以适当规格的Cu屑为合金添加剂,经混料→电极压制→电极焊接→一次真空熔炼→二次惰性气体保护熔炼,得到700 mm规格TA13钛合金铸锭。分析了大规格TA13钛合金铸锭中Cu元素的分布特点及影响Cu偏析的主要因素。合适的原料及配料方式、惰性气体保护电弧熔炼、低熔化速率及合理的补缩工艺等是避免大规格TA13钛合金铸锭中Cu元素发生宏观偏析的重要措施。 The TA13 alloy ingots with 700 mm in diameter have been produced, its production process includes mixing, suppressing electrodes, welding electrodes, the first vacuum melting, and the second vacuum melting with inert gas. The distribution of copper element in the large size of TA13 alloy ingots and the main effects on copper segregation were analyzed. The results show that the important measures for avoiding copper segregation in the large size of TA13 alloy ingots are suitable raw materials and ingredients approach, the vacuum mehing with inert gas, low melting rate and reasonable process of feeding.
