摘要
以天然高分子植物胶粉为合成原料,在微波加热条件下改性制得一种新型阳离子生物絮凝剂。经正交实验优化确定合成条件为:当投加95%乙醇0.5 mL/g胶粉、氢氧化钠0.3 g/g胶粉碱化15 min以及阳离子醚化剂与胶粉质量比为1∶14、微波功率和微波时间分别为288 W与3 min时,制成的絮凝剂极限粘度为0.6803 dL/g。该阳离子生物絮凝剂对印染废水和洗煤废水具有很好的处理效果,红外光谱分析表明植物胶粉已经成功接枝阳离子基团。
A new cationic green bioflocculant(CGBF) were synthesized with the natural polymer powder under microwave heating conditions.Based on orthogonal experiments,the synthesis process was optimized as follows: 1 g powder scattered with 0.5 mL C2H5OH(95%),alkalified with 0.3 g NaOH for 15 min,then etherified with 1/14 cationic reagent under the microwave conditions of 288 W and 3 min.Limit viscosity of CGBF was 0.6813 dL/g.The bioflocculant had good removal efficiency on and the treatment of dyeing and coal-washing wastewater,and the cationic group was successfully grafted on powder by infrared spectroscopic analysis.
