摘要
以硫酸钛为催化剂,通过乙酸和正戊醇反应合成了乙酸正戊酯,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明,硫酸钛具有良好的催化活性,并得到最佳反应条件:醇酸摩尔比1.3∶1,催化剂用量占反应物料总量的1.0%,反应时间60 min,反应温度为113℃左右,产率可达89.11%。
The synthesis of n-amyl acetate from acetic acid and n-pentanol using titanic sulfate as catalyst was studied.Some effects on product yield were discussed.It showed that titanic sulfate had good catalytic activity.Optimum reaction conditions were gained as follows: molar ratio of n-pentanol and acetic acid was 1.3:1,the amount of catalyst was 1.0%(based on the total reactants),the reaction temperature was about 113 ℃,and the reaction time was 60 min.The yield can reach 89.11%.
