摘要
针对海洋平台凝析油外输泵的变频节能问题进行研究,分析了凝析油外输泵在实际工况下的运行状态,采用系统思考方法,得出了在恒压变流量凝析油外输泵中采用变频调节并不能有效降低能耗的观点,该结论可推广到化工领域的离心泵变频调节应用上。
The application of variable frequency motor in condensate export pump was studied using the systemic analysis method.Under the actual running condition the operation of condensate export pump was analyzed and got that it was not feasible for saving energy in the constant discharge pressure and variable flow centrifugal pump when using variable frequency motor.This conclusion can be applied to all the centrifugal pumps in the field of chemical.
