接管上外载荷引起的应力集中系数

摘要 在压力容器的设计中,不仅需要考虑由于结构的连续性被破坏而引起孔附近的应力集中,通常还需要考虑由管道通过接管而施加于容器上的外载荷,这些载荷会在容器与接管连接的局部区域产生高应力,从而有可能使得该区域的强度不够面使容器失效。本文讨论了压力容器开孔可引起的应力、由外载荷引起的应力集中系数曲线及其应用举例。 In design of pressure vessel,not only need to consider the stresses concentration near the hole which caused by the continuity of the structure was destroyed,the external loads to vessels from pipe need to be taken into account.This external loads,some hight stresses,which wer the possible source to make the structure fail,may exist in the local area of connecting nozzle with shell.The stresses caused by openings of pressure vessel,the stresses concentration factor curve caused by external load and its demonstration were discussed.
