Reasons of larger vibration of drainage tubes in heat supply network of 300MW heat supply units and treatment

通过分析某电厂2台300 MW机组热网疏水管振动的原因,提出了将热网加热器进汽门改为调节门、将热网加热器疏水电动门改为疏水调节门的方案,解决了热网加热器疏水管振动的问题。

The reasons of vibration of drainage tubes in heat supply network of two 300MW heat supply units in a power plant were analyzed.Based on this,an improving scheme was put forward,according to which the steam inlet gate of the heat supply network heater had been replaced by adjustable valve,and the drainage electrically operated gate had been replaced by drainage adjustable valve;and the vibration of drainage tubes of heat supply network heater was eliminated.
