上海外高桥电厂利用检修机会,将#1锅炉原来的静电除尘器改造成了长袋低压脉冲式纯布袋除尘器。介绍了布袋除尘器的性能、结构、自动检测和保护、滤袋、清灰以及投运前后的情况。布袋除尘器投运后,各项指标良好,运行稳定,满足了烟气排放要求。

In the Waigaoqiao Power Plant,using the overhaul opportunity,the original electrostatic precipitator of boiler No.1 was transformed into low pressure pulse-type long bag filter.The performance and structure of the bag filter were introduced.The automatic detection and protection of the bag filter,the filtering bag,the soot cleaning and the status of the bag filter before and after putting into operation were described.After the bag filter was put into operation,it operates stably,each index of its operation was well,and the requirement of flue gas emission was met.
