摘要
对某电厂SG-420/13.7-W 756型锅炉主蒸汽温度偏低问题进行了诊断分析,并提出了解决方案。试验发现,通过调整运行氧量和给粉机投运方式等手段,可以起到提高主蒸汽温度的作用。研究对象锅炉燃用煤种挥发分和水分比设计煤种大,发热量比设计煤种低是导致主蒸汽温度偏低的主要原因。调整燃烧器安装角度或在炉膛敷设卫燃带可简单、有效地提高炉膛出口烟温,从而提高主蒸汽温度。
The main stream temperature reduction of a SG-420/13.7-W756 type boiler in a power plant was diagnosed,and the resolvent was given.It is found that the main stream temperature can be increased by both increasing the oxygen concentration at the furnace exit and changing the coal feeding way.The main reason casing the main stream temperature reduction is the coal,whose moisture and volatile is high and heat value is lower than that of designing.There are two simple and convenient methods to increasing the main stream temperature,the first is adjusting the burner fitting angle and the second is plastering refractory belt on the furnace inside wall.
