摘要 为了对机载浮标搜潜系统的作战效能进行合理评估,建立机载浮标搜潜系统的搜潜效能评估模型。利用WSEIAC系统效能评估模型,量化搜潜效能指标,建立机载浮标搜潜系统搜潜效能方程。将浮标阵列作为子系统,考虑其成活率问题,使模型更加贴合战术使用实际;将搜潜过程分为检查维修阶段和执行任务阶段,分别考虑其可维修性,使模型更加贴合部队保障实际。仿真实验结果证明:该模型切实可行,为此类装备的研制、推广及作战使用提供辅助的决策依据。 In order to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the air-borne buoy submarine reconnaissance system properly, the model for the air-borne buoy submarine reconnaissance system submarine reconnaissance effectiveness is established. By the way of the WSEIAC model, the guide lines is quantified, and the equation for the air-borne buoy submarine reconnaissance system submarine reconnaissance effectiveness is deduced. The way treating the buoy array as a subsystem and considering its survival rate makes the model correspond to the tactics reality; the way marking off the reconnaissance process as the maintenance stage and the task stage, considering their maintainability, makes the model correspond to the supportability reality. The simulation result shows its validity. This method offers the decision basis for development, improvement and combat of this kind of equipments.
