紫甘薯红色素上染牛奶蛋白织物的染色性分析 被引量:2

摘要 以紫甘薯红色素水溶液为染液,采用3种不同染色工艺及黄土、铁盐和铝盐为媒染剂对牛奶蛋白织物进行染色,通过正交试验综合分析确定了紫甘薯红色素上染牛奶纤维织物的最佳工艺条件:染液质量浓度6 g/L,染液pH=3,染色温度80℃,染色时间40 min,浴比1∶40。织物经过媒染后,色牢度、色差和上染率都有明显的提高;预媒染与后媒染相比,预媒染效果较佳,色彩红艳;铁盐在后媒染中体现出了其增色效果,上染率大,但上染效果不稳定且颜色发暗。 The milk protein woven fabrics were dyed with purple sweet potato colorant and three kinds of dyeing crafts and the loess, ferrous salt and the aluminum salt as mordant. The orthogonal experiments indicated that the optimum dyeing condition was 6 g/L dyeing bath, pH = 3, bath temperature 80 ℃, dyeing time 40 min and bath ratio 1 :40. The color fastness, the chromatic aberration and the dye-uptake of the dyed fabric have the distinct enhancement after treating with mordant. The pre-mordant dyeing is better than after-mordant dyeing, because the color of fabric is redder through pre-mordant dyeing. It can improved color value and dye-uptake treated with ferrous salt but unstable and darkly.
