摘要
上海浦东LNG装置是我国第一座CⅡ法的调峰型天然气液化装置,采用法国燃气公司新型混合冷剂制冷流程,该流程代表了目前国际上天然气液化流程的发展趋势,其设计目的是为液化装置提供投资少、运行成本低的流程。对于该装置的模拟计算不仅可对天然气液化的设计提供参考,还可以对装置的生产状况通过模拟计算进行分析,对设计和生产都有一定的借鉴意义。
The LNG unit in Shanghai Pudong is the first peak shaving LNG unit in China.The new mixed refrigerant refrigeration developed by Gaz de France(GDF)was applied.It represents the development trends of natural gas liquefaction process.The design purpose of this process is to reduce the investment and operating cost of liquefaction plant.The simulation can provide reference not only for the design of LNG,but also for the analysis of production situation,which represents useful efforts to design and production.
