试论牙哈凝析气处理厂的技术改造措施

摘要 牙哈凝析气处理厂采用多级闪蒸和微正压分馏技术对凝析油进行稳定,同时采用空冷器控制凝析油外输温度。在装置实际运行中,凝析油稳定塔重沸器多次发生结盐故障,凝析油空冷器也经常发生盘管冻堵,严重影响了牙哈凝析气田外输油产量和品质。本文分析了以上问题产生的原因,提出了相应的解决措施,保证了油气装置的安全、平稳运行。 The multi-stage flash and micro-positive pressure fractionation technology is applied in Yaha condensate gas field to stabilize the condensate oil.At the same time,air-cooler is used to control the temperature of the condensate oil before transporting.The salt deposition appears in the reboiler of condensate stabilizer,and the frozen block appears in the coil of air-cooler frequently,which reduces the yield and quality of condensate oil seriously.This paper analyses the reasons of the above problems,and puts forward the relevant measures to ensure the equipment running safely and smoothly.
