Only Continue to Promote will Have New Development

文章对《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》十九章第六十条中提出的"继续推进农村中小学远程教育"问题,结合2003-2008年国家实施的"农村中小学现代远程教育工程",从推进的前提是做好基础建设,信息技术使教育发生了变革和有推进才会有发展三个方面阐述了只有继续推进中小学现代远程教育,才能实现我国农村基础教育的信息化发展和教育现代化的实现。

This article is corcerned on the problem of ＂push forward distance education in rural primary and secondary schools＂,the sixty rules about the nineteen charpter of ＂State long-term development plan for education reform,combining with ＂2003-2008 modern Distance Education Project in rural primary and secondary schools＂ implemented by nation.The article discusses the following three aspects,such as good infrastructure is the premise,changing occurres in education and pushing forward promotes development.Only pushing forward continuly modern distance education in primary and secondary schools.We can achieve basic education development in rural and the realization of education of information technology.
