摘要
目的研究CD105和缺氧诱导因子-la(HIF-1α)在侵袭性垂体瘤中的表达水平,并探讨CD105标记的MVD密度及HIF-1α在侵袭性垂体瘤中的生物学意义和作用。方法收集2005-2010年的侵袭性垂体瘤手术标本25例,非侵袭性垂体瘤15例,用免疫组化方法检测CD105及HIF-1α的表达,并对CD105标记的MVD进行计数,结果进行对照分析。结果所有垂体瘤标本均有CD105表达,40例标本CD105-MVD均值为(16.2±6.1),侵袭性组为(21.8±2.8),非侵袭性组为(10.6±2.2);HIF-1α表达情况:侵袭性组为14例阳性,11例阴性;非侵袭性组为3例阳性,12例阴性。经统计学分析侵袭性与非侵袭性垂体瘤中CD105和HIF-1α的表达存在显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论侵袭性垂体瘤中CD105和HIF-1α的表达明显增高,CD105和HIF-1α参与侵袭性垂体瘤的发生、发展。CD105和HIF-1α可以作为预测垂体瘤侵袭性的免疫检测指标。
Objective To study the expression of CD105 and hypoxia-inducible factor 1a(HIF-1α) in the invasive pituitary tumor and to explore the biological significance and role of microvessel density(MVD) marked by CD105 and that of HIF-1α in the invasive pituitary tumor.Methods Twenty five surgical specimens from cases with invasive pituitary tumors and fifteen surgical specimens from cases of non-invasive pituitary tumors were collected from 2005 to 2010.Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of CD105 and HIF-1α,and the MVD marked by CD105 was counted.Comparison analysis was performed on the data obtained.Results All the specimens were found to express CD105.The mean CD105-MVD value of the 40 cases was(16.2±6.1),which was(21.8±2.8) in the invasive group and(10.6±2.2) in the non-invasive group.HIF-1α expression analysis showed 14 cases(+) and 11 cases(-) in the invasive group,and 3 cases(+) and 12 cases(-) in the non-invasive group.Statistical analysis revealed the differences of the expression of CD105 and HIF-1α between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The CD105 and HIF-1α expression in the invasive pituitary tumor is significantly higher than that in the non-invasive group,which indicates that CD105 and HIF-1α are involved in the occurrence and development of invasive pituitary tumor.CD105 and HIF-1α could serve as immunological detection indicators for predicting the invasiveness of pituitary tumor.
