臭氧治疗细菌性阴道病和滴虫性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating bacterial vaginosis and trichomonal vaginitis with ozone

目的为进一步寻找更安全、有效,更适合恩平地区细菌性阴道病和滴虫性阴道炎的治疗方法 ,对臭氧和药物治疗细菌性阴道病和滴虫性阴道炎进行比较,并观察其临床疗效。方法将在恩平市计划生育服务站门诊就诊及进行避孕节育手术术前常规查体确诊为细菌性阴道病患者(360例)和滴虫性阴道炎患者(180例)分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者自愿选择臭氧妇科治疗仪治疗(细菌性阴道病患者200例,滴虫性阴道炎患者90例);对照组患者选择传统药物(细菌性阴道病患者160例,滴虫性阴道炎患者90例)。治疗结束后1周对临床症状改善情况及病原学检查结果进行分类总结、评价疗效。结果治疗结束后1周复查,细菌性阴道病观察组治愈率为83.5%,总有效率为100%,对照组治愈率为72.5%,总有效率为88.1%;滴虫性阴道炎观察组治愈率为78.9%,总有效率为90.0%,对照组治愈率为66.7%,总有效率为84.4%。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且臭氧治疗290例病例中无不良事件。结论臭氧治疗本地细菌性阴道病和滴虫性阴道炎操作简单安全,无副作用、无创伤、无耐药、治疗费用低、疗效好,是值得推广的好方法 。

Objective To observe the effects of ozone in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis and trichomonal vaginitis by comparison with traditional medicine,and to search for a safer and more effective treatment.Methods 360 cases of bacterial vaginosis and 180 cases of trichomonal vaginitis confirmed by routine examination before operation of contraception were divided into two groups（the study group and the control group）.Patients in the study group were voluntary to be treated by Ozone Gynopathy,consisting of 200 cases of bacterial vaginosis and 90 cases of trichomonal vaginitis.Patients in the control group were treated by traditional medicine,composed by 160 cases of bacterial vaginosis and 90 cases of trichomonal vaginitis.One weeks after the treatment,the clinical symptom and etiology examination results in the two groups were summarized.Results For bacterial vaginosis,the cure rate and total effective rate were 83.5% and 100% in the study group,with 72.5% and 88.1% in the control group.For trichomonal vaginitis,the cure rate and total effective rate were 78.9% and 90.0% in the study group,with 66.7% and 84.4% in the control group.The total effective rate between the two groups showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.No adverse events were found in the study group.Conclusion Treating local bacterial vaginosis and trichomonal vaginitis with ozone therapy is worthy to be extended,showing advantages of simple and safe operation,no side effects,no trauma,no resistance,low cost,and good therapeutic efficacy.
