摘要
采用大气压等离子体技术处理穿心莲种子,发芽试验和幼苗叶绿素、酶活力测定发现,不同电压和处理时间组合的大气压等离子体处理显著影响穿心莲种子发芽试验幼根长、活力指数及幼苗叶绿素、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性,但影响程度有差异,规律不明显。其中以处理电压为3 400 V、处理时间为60 s的APP处理最有利于穿心莲种子萌发;而经5 950 V、60 s的APP处理则对穿心莲种子的萌发有强烈抑制作用。
The present research aims to observe changes of germination and seedlings caused by the atmospheric pressure plasma(APP) treatments on Andrographis paniculata seeds.Combination of voltages ranged from 3 400 V to 5 950 V and 30 s or 60 s of APP treatments on the seeds resulted in various effects on the germination and seedling chlorophyll content,total protein content,SOD and POD activities were observed.However,the regularity was not shown in the experiments using the above parameters.The best conditions for Andrographis paniculata seed germination was shown to be 3 400 V APP treatment for 60 s.And the 5 950 V APP treatment for 60 s showed a strong inhibitory effort on seed germination.
