摘要 贡柑果实不耐贮藏,采收后10~20 d其品质就明显下降,显著降低其商品价值及严重制约其发展。贡柑果实延期采收技术研究结果表明,从11月上中旬起,通过使用GA3 5~10 mg/L加2,4-D 10 mg/L和保鲜药物进行贡柑果实留树贮藏保鲜方法的调节,以及结合简易避雨设施,4个处理均能有效延缓果实总酸含量和维生素C含量的下降,延迟可溶性固形物和总糖含量达到最高值的出现时间,并提高可溶性固形物含量和总糖含量。使贡柑由原来12月中旬成熟延期至次年1月底,延长果实成熟期1~1.5个月,而且提高了果实品质和果实对外界不良环境的抵抗能力,还显著增加了产量,最终达到贡柑延期采收的目的。从4个处理的综合表现可知,效果以喷施10 mg/L GA3+10 mg/L 2,4-D+250 mg/L咪鲜胺最理想。 The fruit of the Citrus gonggan is not able to bear storage,the quality decreased significantly after 10~20 d of harvest period,this decreases its commodity value and constrains its development.The results of study for delay harvesting showed that regulation of refreshing method by using GA3 5~10 mg/L,2,4-D 10 mg/L,refreshing drug and using rain shelter facilities when fruits on the trees could delay decreasing of total acid content and vitamin C content effectively and could delay emergence time of soluble solids and total sugar content reaching the highest value.The maturation period of the Citrus gonggan delayed 1 to 1.5 months from mid-September to the end of January next year and increased the quality,yield of fruit and ability of resisting adverse circumstances.The effect of spurting 10 mg/L GA3+10 mg/L2,4-D+250 mg/L prochloraz was best from comprehensive performance of four treatments above.
