后腹腔镜单纯肾切除术21例

Simple retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy for benign nonfunctioning kidneys of 21 cases

目的探讨后腹腔镜下单纯肾切除术的技术要点和临床价值。方法回顾性分析后腹腔镜单纯肾切除术治疗21例良性无功能肾患者的临床资料。其病因为肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄10例,输尿管上段结石5例,肾结石2例,萎缩肾2例,肾结核及慢性肾盂肾炎各1例;右侧9例,左侧12例。结果手术均获成功,手术时间70～170min,平均95min;术中出血25～100ml,平均55ml;术后5～8d出院,术后平均住院6.5d;术中、术后均无并发症发生。结论后腹腔镜单纯肾切除术是治疗良性无功能肾的一种安全有效的手术方法 ,其损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、疗效佳,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate clinical value of simple retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy for benign nonfunctioning kidney.Methods Twenty one cases with benign nonfunctioning kidneys had been performed simple retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy from Aug 2007 to Dec 2010.The primary affections were ureteropelvic junction stenosisin in 10 cases,ureteral stones in 5 cases,renal stones in 2 cases,atrophickidney in 2 cases,chronic pyelonephritis in 1 case and renal tuberculosis in 1 case.Simple retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed with general anesthesia.Results All operations were successful.The time of operations ranged from 70 to 170 minutes,and average time was 95 minutes.Average inpatient time was 6.5 days after operation.No complication was found.Conclusion Simple retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy is a safe,effective and minimally invasive method to treat benign nonfunctioning kidney.
