刺苋提取物对a-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性研究

Study on the inhibition of Amaranthus spinosus L. extracts on a-glucosidase

采用水、乙醇、甲醇为溶剂对刺苋进行了浸提试验,测定了各种提取液对a-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。结果表明,水、50%乙醇和50%甲醇提取物对a-葡萄糖苷酶有较高的抑制率。

Taken Amaranthus spinosus L.as the study materials,the extracts of Amaranthus spinosus were tested with different solvents,which were water,ethanol and methanol on different concentrations.The inhibition of extracts on α-glucosidase was tested.The results showed inhibited effect with water,50% ethanol and 50% methanol as solvents is higher.
