摘要
采用气相色谱法测定了大刺鳅(Mastacembelue armatus)生殖季节雌鱼卵巢、肌肉和肝胰脏内的脂肪酸组成和脂肪酸含量。结果表明,在雌鱼卵巢、肝胰脏和肌肉中的脂肪酸种类不同;雌鱼卵巢和肌肉中C18:1n-9含量最高,分别为32.65%和34.99%;肝胰脏中DHA含量最高(18.54%);肌肉中单不饱和脂肪酸含量最高(42.66%);肝胰脏中饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量最高,分别为31.67%和44.07%;肝胰脏中多不饱和脂肪酸中的n-3系列脂肪酸含量最高、达27.94%。因此,给大刺鳅投喂DHA及ARA含量高的饲料原料有助于n-3PUFA在其肝胰脏中作为营养物质储存。
The composition and content of fatty acid in the ovary,hepatopancreas and muscle of female Mastacembelus armatus in breeding season were determined by gas chromatography.The result showed that there were different kinds of fatty acids in the female's ovary,hepatopancreas and muscle.The content of C18:1n-9 in the ovary and muscle was the highest,were 32.65% and 34.99%,respectively.The DHA in the hepatopancreas appeared 18.54% in the maximum.The highest content in muscle was the monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA),which reached up to 42.66%.The saturated fatty acids(SFA) and the polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) accounted the maximum content in hepatopancreas,which separately took up 31.67% and 44.07%.In addition,the n-3 series of the PUFA in hepatopancreks achieved the top:was 27.94%.Therefore,it will be helpful for the hepatopancreas to store the n-3 series of the PUFA as nutrientsubstance if we feed the Mastacembelus armatus on such fodders with high content of DHA and ARA.
