Study on the rural informatization application of IPIV

通过对IPTV产业发展现状及与传统农村信息服务手段进行对比研究,分析了当前IPTV在农村信息化业务发展中的优势和存在的问题,并为构建IPTV农村业务服务平台、开发匹配的信息内容和建立运行机制等方面提出了相关的对策与建议。

The paper studied the developments of property in IPTV and the rural informatization of traditions in means of messaging services by contrasting them,and also analyzed the problems of the postindustrial countryside in developments of business for the advantage and exist about the IPTV,it also proposed the relevant countermeasures and suggestions about some aspects for the construction about the platform of countryside messaging services in IPTV,the exploit of matched messaging contents and the some constructions about working mechanism.
