摘要
2010年,全国平原绿化二期工程建设即将结束。为加快平原地区造林绿化步伐,国家林业局决定继续开展全国平原绿化三期工程建设。文章在对二期工程建设成效、经验及存在的问题进行总结后,阐述了对安徽省平原绿化三期工程主要造林技术的设想,分别从新建林带、宜林地造林、修复林带、农林间作和村镇绿化几个方面提出主要造林技术措施,旨在为三期工程规划提供参考。
