Study on the Asset Evaluation of Commercial forest of Pinus armandii Franch in the north of Kunming

集体林权制度改革日益深化,森林资源资产的处置、转让和抵押贷款等经济行为频繁发生,为了探索森林资源评估理论与实务,选取昆明北市林区华山松为研究对象,结合资产评估理论,对华山松商品林林木资产进行评估。

frequent occurrence of the economic behavior about disposal of forest resources assets, transfer , mortgage loan and so on, with the deepening of the reform of collective forest property right system. In order to explore the theory and practice of the evaluation on forest resources , taking Pinus armandii Franch as the objective in this study , ombining the theory of aset ealuation and using the way of replacement cost etc to ealuate the asset of commercial forest of Pinus armandii Franch.
