摘要
测量并建立了葡萄糖溶液浓度与溶液中的声速关系,通过对声速与葡萄糖浓度曲线进行拟合,得到了声速随浓度变化的二次回归方程。利用回归方程对葡萄糖溶液浓度进行了测量,测量准确度与现在通用的旋光度法相同。
The relationship between ultrasonic velocity and concentrations of glucose solution and the corresponding regression equation were obtained.Based on the equation,concentration of glucose solution was measured.Test results showed that ultrasonic method can be used to measure glucose solution concentration,and measuring degree of accuracy is the same as general used polarimetry.
