摘要
以明胶厂副产乏酸水和硫酸钾为原料,采用复分解法制备磷酸二氢钾。通过单因素实验考察了pH、反应温度、反应时间、液固比、钾磷摩尔比等因素对磷收率的影响,并通过正交实验进行了优化。综合正交实验与单因素实验所得结果,较优的工艺条件是:反应温度50℃、反应时间1.5 h、液固比3∶1、钾离子与磷酸根的摩尔比1.1∶1。
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate was prepared by double decomposition reaction through calciferous wastewater from gelatin factory and potassium sulfate.Some factors influencing yield of phosphorus,were investigated by single factor experiment.These were pH,reaction temperature,reaction time,liquid-solid ratio and molar ratio of potassium to phosphorus.The process conditions were optimized through orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment.The experimental results show the optimal reaction conditions: reaction temperature is 50 ℃,the reaction time is 1.5 hour,liquid to solid ratio is 3∶1,potassium ion to phosphate radical molar ratio is 1.1∶1.
