摘要
文中在分析高校档案管理现状及其存在问题的基础上,提出实行"大档案"管理是一条适合高校档案工作发展的创新之路。并进一步阐述了实行"大档案"管理的措施和建议。
Based on the analysis of the present situation and the limitations of college archives management,this paper argues that the execution of ＂Integral Archives＂ management is an innovative approach which fits the development of college archives.Some measures and suggestion for the ＂Integral Archives＂ management system are put forward.
