China＇s constitutionalism choice is developed with the pursuit of modernization.After the constitutionalism enlightenment and exploration,communists integrate the national conditions of China with constitutionalism;lead the people to establish the socialism constitutionalism of the people＇s democratic dictatorship through long-term arduous struggle.With the establishment of market-oriented economy in China and the development of socialism modernization,respecting and protecting human rights,and establishing a limited government are the value pursuits of the poltical modernization.
