摘要
文章分析了修购专项对科研单位重要的支撑作用,总结了修购专项组管理取得的经验:一是健全制度体系,二是优化管理流程,三是推进预算执行,四是开展专项培训,五是运用先进手段,提高工作效率。最后指出下一步修购专项工作计划。
This paper analyzed the important supporting role of special items for repair and purchase in scientific research institutes,summarized the experience in the management,i.e.,to perfect the institution system,to optimize the management process,to promote implement of budget,to carry out training,and to use the advanced methods.Finally,it pointed out the work plan on special items.
